Will The Truth About Abs By Mike Geary Make Me Gain Weight?
Add some veggies along with this breakfast and you're eating something that is not only nourishing to your health, filling you up (so you NEVER feel hungry) but also helping you to lose that stubborn belly fat.

In summary - the key, the real "SECRET" to all of this is proper exercise (not just blindly working out but being focused and doing the right exercises) and sensible eating (not starving yourself but eating the right KINDS of foods).

The Truth About Abs diet and fitness program which was created by Mike Geary has become one of the most popular abdominal programs today. But what is the true nature of this program? Is it worth using? And does it suit you personally? Read the rest of this article to discover the answer.

The main thing which distinguishes Truth About Abs from other abdominal programs is that it doesn't focus on the stomach muscles at all.

I know that this may seem like a bizarre thing, but I believe that this is an advantage which this program possesses: It deals with complete body workouts and a way of life diet guidelines.

You see, the truth is that in order to burn off a lot of belly fat it is better to invest your time in intensive, full body workouts instead of wasting hours doing endless crunches and sit-ups. The rate of belly fat loss will be much higher, and since the stomach acts as a supporting muscle for many exercises of other muscle groups, your abs actually develop when you're working your full body. The Truth About Abs program shows you how to create short but effective full body workouts which will get you leaner and harder in your entire body in general and in your stomach in particular.

    Is this program worth using?

I believe that any man or woman who is interested in being and looking healthy and fit will find a great deal of valuable information in this program, both in the form of dietary guidelines and in the form of fitness routines and exercises. I learned a lot since I first used this program and I trust that you will too. In fact, it can even save you a lot of money because it cuts through much of the marketing nonesense which is common in the fitness market (bogus pills, useless abs machines, and more). I know that it stopped me from buying a lot of useless stuff.

But the main advantage of this program is the active support of the creator of this program, Mike Geary. Every email I sent him with questions was answered within 1-2 days. The answers were complete and the service excellent.

However, this program isn't for everyone: if you're not prepared to alter your eating habits, do intensive workouts, and actively strive to improve your physical condition, don't use this program. This is a program for serious people. If you're the sort of person who believes that you can get flat abs without working hard, then go ahead and buy another useless gadget which will end up accumulating dust in you garage. If you are willing to invest in yourself, Truth About Abs is the program for you.

I know that it seems that I'm biased towards this program. This is my opinion. Will The Truth About Abs By Mike Geary Make Me Gain Weight?, Mike Geary Fitness - Truth Or Fallacy?, Mike Geary Fitness - Truth Or Fallacy?

A Guide to the Mike Geary Diet
Mike Geary walked that frustrating path when he was a teenager and after many disappointments and hundreds of dollars down the drain, he decided to find out the truth for himself. He then compiled all his findings into his present book on abs-building.

How do you find the truth about this book? The best way to analyze the market's response is to look up the reviews that the product generated. In this case, the reviews point to a positive response.

Today, the Mike Geary Fitness program is a major choice for anyone who wants to build a good-looking six-pack stomach. The answers were complete and the service excellent.

However, this program isn't for everyone: if you're not prepared to alter your eating habits, do intensive workouts, and actively strive to improve your physical condition, don't use this program. Beginners can gain a few pounds of muscle (2-3lbs typically) when they first start training but the purpose of resistance training is the following:

    1. Maintain your LBM (lean body mass). LBM is what gives you your metabolism. Protein not only is necessary for preserving your lean body during your diet but it also satiates your appetite. More than any other macro-nutrient - protein is the appetite killer. Imagine eating 5 egg whites and 2 egg yolks in the morning with a slice of toast. Your plate will be full of food and you'll feel stuffed for hours. The kicker is, this protein rich meal is going to be less than 500 calories!

The Truth About Abs by Mike Geary is not a body building book and doing resistance (aka weight) training will NEVER lead to muscle gain during a diet. And sadly, if you've deluded yourself into thinking that you can gain muscle and lose fat at the same time that's not gonna happen either. Beginners can gain a few pounds of muscle (2-3lbs typically) when they first start training but the purpose of resistance training is the following:

      1. Maintain your LBM (lean body mass). LBM is what gives you your metabolism. If you want to burn calories - you need to preserve your muscle mass (this includes heart, lungs, organs, skeleton, skin etc.). The fat on your body doesn't burn calories - muscle does.

      2. Boost your calories burned. A well structured exercise program based on interval training or resistance of any sorts will burn calories quickly and efficiently. Often times better than a bike ride or run.

      3. Make you feel great - honestly, getting good at resistance training is a life changing event for many. If you follow the plans laid out in Mike Geary's eBooks you'll eat enough but not over eat. As long as this is the case - the resistance training is just priming your metabolism, burning fat and helping you to get a leaner, meaner physique. Mike Geary
